米OpenAIは6月4日（現地時間）、「ChatGPT」に新しい記憶システムを導入したと発表した。まずは米国の「Plus」「Pro」ユーザーから順次ロールアウトされ、今後数週間で他の国や、「Free」「Go」プランへも展開される予定だ。

ChatGPTのメモリは、ユーザーの好みやプロジェクト、制約を記憶し、次回以降の会話で文脈を引き継ぐための機能。今回の更新では、メモリの古さや正確性、利用規模の拡大に伴う課題に対応するため、より処理効率の高い仕組みに刷新した。
