Two years since the bell. My oncologist once told me she counts survivorship from the day chemo ends. Two years down & one year closer to the 5 year mark. Still growing. Still learning. Still healing. Still living, every single day. Some days, I forget for a moment. It’s as if my mind and body try to protect me from it all. Maybe that’s denial, or maybe it’s survival. But then I catch a glimpse of a photo, notice my scars, or hear about someone who started this journey beside me and didn’t get t
