CCTV footage captured the moment a resident in Guangxi, China fell in floodwater and had trouble getting back up on Thursday (May 21). Neighbours nearby managed to help her to safety. The local meteorological bureau had issued a red warning alert for heavy rain that same afternoon. Big old handful of ice!! I top up the cup with just regular water as I like the balance it gives xxx
